What if a customer never uses their credit?
About 5–15% of issued credit never gets redeemed — it's baked into the economics of every loyalty program in the world (look up "gift card breakage"). The credit that does get redeemed drives a second and third visit that more than covers the discount.
How long does setup take?
From signed pilot to live-on-the-App-Store: typically 2–3 weeks. App Store review is the gating item. Your dashboard, branding, and service menu are usually wired up within the first 48 hours.
What happens if I cancel?
Depends on the tier. Month-to-month is 30 days' notice, anytime. Annual-billed-monthly has a 60-day out clause if it's not working — give notice, pay the next two cycles, done. Annual-paid-upfront is one invoice for twelve months of service, non-refundable. In every case you keep your customer list: we export everything to CSV, unissued credits are zeroed, and we pull the app from the stores on the timeline you choose. No claw-backs. We'd rather you stay because it's working.
